Diatoms - Navicula
Navicula is a large genus. Navicula cryptocephala and radiosa are both freshwater species. The genus is biraphid, that is possessing raphes on both valves - and therefore very motile.
Navicula, species undetermined. Found in diatomite deposit at Three Lakes, core TL5, at 3.6 to 3.7 m depth, and also in TL1 at 5.95 m.
